What to expect from your budget

$200 to $4,000

At FLWR we are obsessed with good design! Sometimes that means gobs of flowers and super cool concepts like hanging 10,000 tulips in the air but other times that means strategically picked votives and the perfect budvase with the perfect couple of stems. It all depends on the vision and of course, the budget. Unlike other florists we don’t have a minimum. Our goal is to be able to service anyone who’s objective for their wedding or event is thoughtful, well-crafted design and we believe that can be accomplished no matter your budget is if you’re open to some creativity and apply your budget thoughtfully. Bellow you’ll find general price ranges and what you can expect to get within that range. All of these guidelines are meant to be flexible and give you a general understanding of what to expect. Don’t forget to check out our extensive rental collection. Those items go a long way towards expressing your particular aesthetic.

Pick the budget range that most aligns with you’re thinking and one of our designers will get back to you asap to start strategizing!

Micro wedding, Elopement or other small non-wedding event

If you’re eloping or looking to have a very intimate wedding you could find yourself in this tier. This budget range could be adequate for a simple bouquet or an elaborate long tablescape for your closest peeps and a simple ceremony arch.

$5,000 to $8,000

Under 100 guests:

This budget will get you nice arrangements for your tables and a simple ceremony set up.

100 - 150 guests

With this many guests and this budget range you will likely need to prioritize either your ceremony or your reception, unless you are looking for simple pieces. If you know you want a fabulous arch for your vows you’ll be able to have that with simple flowers for your reception. If you know you want a fun floral installation over your dance floor or an elaborate tablescape for your tables you’ll need to go simple with your ceremony. However, if you are keeping both areas of the wedding simple you could potentially do both equally.

Over 150 guests

With this many guests you’ll likely need to spend a good chunk of this budget on tables and reception decor. Keep the ceremony simple and make the party memorable. With the right table top rentals and creativity this budget range could stretch to make the party fun and unique.

$9,000 to $12,000

Under 100 guests

This would be a pretty great budget for a small, intimate wedding. If you’re having a small wedding but you’ve always dreamed of making the flowers a big part of the decor this would definitely do it!

100 to 150 guests

This budget range would likely get you an ample floral presence for both your ceremony and reception as long as your desired centerpieces aren’t all peonies or you’re not looking to create a massive installation (a simple one could be done). If you do want a big installation of some kind like an elaborate arch for your ceremony or a large floating piece(s) for your reception we would suggest prioritizing either the ceremony or the reception to allow for the big floral “wow”.

Over 150 guests

With this many guests we still recommend prioritizing either the reception or the ceremony. You have more to work with to make either more memorable. However, you could still have enough to do both well as long as you’re not looking for anything big and crazy.

Under 100 guests

You obviously have a passion for flowers if your budget is in this range but you don’t have too many tables to worry about. And we love it! Let’s make this the greatest night of flowers ever!

100 to 150 guests

This budget would be ample to cover both ceremony and reception provided you’re not looking for major installations at both or super luxurious flower varieties. You could easily do a lovely arch or aisle treatment for your ceremony in addition to nice full tables and ancillary pieces (like bars, entry tables, etc) at your reception with a simple installation of some kind, like an entry piece over a doorway or something simple for the dancefloor.

Over 150 guests

Basically the same as above but you would need to be a bit less full in your pieces and maybe not do all the bars or do a simple ceremony to really make your budget stretch at the reception.

$13,000 to $15,000

$15,000 TO $20,000

Under 100 guests

Let’s make a whole floral room!

100 to 150 guests

At this budget range you can really start to make everything fuller and/or use more luxurious blooms. Depending on what your desired look is you could do both ceremony and reception amply. If flowers have always been a large part of your wedding vision this is what you’ll likely want to spend.

Over 150 guests

Depending on the flower types you love, if you want full arrangements and at least some installations you will want to be at the higher end of this range.

Over $20,000

If you have over 200 guests and/or you’re looking for a significant floral presence you should expect to be spending $20,000 and up. It’s likely that you have a planner or are planning to have a planner. We also offer design services in addition to flowers. This service would mean that we would coordinate and consult on all your decor decisions like furniture, linens, napkins, and anything else that contributes to the overall aesthetic. This would not replace the need for a planner.
